National Organization of Bank Workers

The National Organization of Bank Workers (regd), an industrial federation of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangha is representing the bank employees working in the public sector, private sector, Grameen banks, cooperative bank, RBI, and other such segments of the banking industry. The NOBW took its affiliation with BMS in the year 1965 and serving the bank employees with the spirit of nationalism since its inception and expanding its base to hitherto unrepresented banks and other financial organizations.

Since inception and till 56th year of formation, Natiunal Orgacisation of Bank Workets (NOBW) has been protecting the rights of bank employees keeping Nation's interest in mind and would continue to do the same in future also. Refusal to adopt the resolution to condemn Chinese aggression of 1962 by AIBEA in their Calcutta Conference depicting anti-national approach was main reason behind formation of NOBW. Till today, NOBW strive hard to guard the Interest of bank employees and has carved a niche for itself amongst the other unions, NOBW today has now became a rechoning force in the banking industry and bank employees hopefully look forward to NOBW as their true savier who does not hold ties with any political party.
